Metrics Team

Triniti DiSilvestro '24 (She/Her/Hers)

Triniti is a senior studying integrative engineering with a concentration in environment and energy and a minor in mechanical engineering. On campus she is an Eco Rep, CBL research scholar, and in Lafayette DiscipleMakers Cristian Fellowship. She passionate about clean energy and advancing the global transition to renewables, regenerative agriculture, and various forms of individual action.

Mia Day '24 (She/Her/Hers)

Mia is a senior environmental science major and history minor. Mia is also involved with the Lafayette Activities Forum (LAF), Lafayette Association of Visual Arts (LAVA), Pottery Club, volunteers at LaFarm, and is an Eco Rep. Mia is passionate about environmental justice and sustainability and is excited to work towards building a more sustainable and equitable future.

Elizabeth Dixon '24 (She/Her/Hers)

Elizabeth is a senior studying government & law and women & gender studies. She is also involved with the Family weekend committee and LEO program. Elizabeth is looking forward to connecting campus to sustainability and making it accessible to our students. She is also really excited to help put on some great sustainability events!

Alexis Granville '25 (She/They)

Alexis is a junior studying environmental science with an art minor. On campus she is also involved in the Lafayette Happiness Project, the Marquis Players, the Lafayette Newspaper, and the Arts Society. She is looking forward to increasing engagement in sustainability and understanding more about how individuals can contribute to environmental solutions.

Ashleigh Lustgarten '26 (She/Her/Hers)

Ashleigh is a sophomore studying environmental studies and Spanish. Outside of the Office of Sustainability she is an Eco Rep, and in LEAP, and the cross country and track teams. She is most passionate about sustainable agriculture because she feels that composting and promoting organic farming and local food chains will help not just the health of the planet but human health as well.

Analise Draghi '25 (She/Her/Hers)

Analise is a junior studying environmental studies and Chinese. She is also an Eco Rep on campus. She is most passionate about overconsumption and waste as these issues are often overlooked (and even encouraged, in the case of overconsumption) but have a major negative impact on our environment.

Communications Team

Maddie Marriott '24 (She/Her/Hers)

Maddie is a senior studying english with a creative writing concentration and a minor in government and law. On campus she is a Culture Editor for The Lafayette newspaper, Writing Associate, Lafayette Communications student contributor, and Vice President of English Club. Within sustainability she is most passionate about shopping secondhand. She thinks it is important to minimize her contribution and the contributions of others to the fast fashion industry in any way possible.

Ellie Chesebrough '24 (She/Her/Hers)

Ellie is a senior studying environmental studies and economics. Aside from working in the Office of Sustainability, Ellie is a member of LaFFCo and Alpha Phi. She is excited for this school year and is thrilled to be contributing to Lafayette’s sustainability goals.

Eco Rep Coordinator

Bernadette Russo '24 (She/Her/Hers)

Bernadette is a senior environmental studies and english double major. On campus sh is an Arts Editor for the Lafayette Student Paper, on the Club Ultimate Frisbee team, in Alpha Phi, and is the Events Director for WJRH Radio. She is looking forward to connecting with the Lafayette community and encouraging them to live sustainability.

Ian Duffy '24 (He/Him/His)

Ian is a senior majoring in civil engineering and minoring in architectural studies. Outside of the Office of Sustainability he is in Engineers Without Boarders and Chi Phi. He is most passionate about sustainability building design, such as Passivhaus and Timber construction in place of steel and concrete.

Pierson White '24 (He/Him/His)

Pierson is a senior majoring in civil engineering and minoring in anthropology and sociology. Pierson is involved with Chi Phi and The Lafayette newspaper as a Photographer. Pierson is excited to learn about how large institutions like Lafayette think about and manage challenges with sustainability.

Elena Thome '24 (She/Her/Hers)

Elena is a senior studying mechanical engineering. Outside of the Office of Sustainability she is on the Cheer Team, Student Government, Physics Club, and Engineering Student Council. She is most passionate about reducing the amount of waste our campus produces and finding a more efficient way to handle our trash system.

Katie Liu '25 (She/Her/Hers)

Katie is a junior studying chemistry with a minor in music. Outside of the Office of Sustainability she is in Soulfege A capella, Refugee Action, Women's Club Soccer, and PASA. Being from California, where they recently experienced a 5-year drought, she is most passionate about the conservation of water and its environmental impact.
