Climate Action Plan 3.0 Sessions

Sessions were focused on our Preliminary Climate Action Plan 3.0 Recommendations which detailed draft decarbonization, resiliency and adaptation goals and strategies.

Additionally, supplementary sessions on Lafayette’s State of Sustainability were offered, focused on Lafayette’s overall sustainability efforts and also offer an update on Climate Action Plan 3.0’s draft vision and principles.

The objectives of this session was to define a sustainability and climate leadership vision statement for the college and define the accompanying principles that must guide our journey to carbon neutrality.

Greenhouse Gas & Climate Vulnerability Assessment – Tues., Oct. 21, 7pm ET
The objective of this session was to outline Lafayette’s greenhouse gas emissions sources, progress towards our 2035 goal as well as summarize climate risk.
