  1. Reduce your consumption of material goods when possible (reduce, reuse, recycle)
  2. Walk or ride your bike instead of drive
  3. Bring your own reusable cup for coffee
  4. Watch an environmental documentary with your quarantine buddies 
  5. Start an herb garden  
  6. Print front and back 
  7. Shop your local farmers market
  8. Use tote bags when shopping (and leave some in your car in case you forget to bring them)
  9. Air dry your laundry
  10. Wear all of your jeans twice before washing them
  11. When you need to switch to a new bar of soap, combine the old bar of soap with the new bar of soap instead of throwing it out
  12. Compost! Or collect compostables for any gardeners near you
  13. Read a book or paint outside
  14. Walk your dog and pick after your dog! <3
  15. Stargaze
  16. Repurpose jar containers
  17. Draw nature/nature journaling
  18. Yoga/meditate outside
  19. Support and encourage your friends on their sustainability journey
  20. Substitute disposable napkins for cloth napkins
  21. Shop second-hand
  22. Repurpose old un-donate-able clothing for rags (for cleaning; painter’s rags)
  23. Disconnect electronics when you leave for a long trip
  24. Use natural light instead of artificial light during the day
  25. Talk to other people about their sustainable practices and share yours
  26. Wash/use your reusable water bottle
  27. Try making your favorite snack from scratch rather than buying it
  28. Grow herbs on your windowsill so your room smells good, rather than spraying air freshener
  29. Swap and share clothes with friends! Especially for items you might not need every day (e.g., formal attire)
  30. Remember our farmworkers — and support farms that treat their employees fairly
  31. Put your electronics on power saver mode
  32. Take an hour or so to turn off your devices and do something that relaxes you without screens
  33. Write to your sustainabili-bae and remind them you love them :)
  34. Press leaves and flowers
